Export your data
CSV exports for registrants, payments, schedules, and scores.
Export your data
You own your data. Every table that backs your event can be exported to CSV. Open Admin -> Export to see the full list.
Available exports
- Registrants — full contact, waiver status, payment status, custom question answers
- Teams + rosters — one row per player, with team and division
- Transactions — every payment and refund with Stripe ID for reconciliation
- Game scores — every game with home/away, scores, status, and reporter
- SOTG scores — USA Ultimate 2025 three-category, per game, per direction
- Standings — current division standings with tiebreakers applied
- Waitlist — anyone waiting on a spot
- Custom question answers — pivoted by question
Filtering
Each export has optional filters for sport, division, and date range. These apply before the CSV is generated, so you only download what you need.
Format
Standard RFC 4180 CSV. UTF-8, LF line endings, quoted fields where necessary. Excel-friendly (the first row is a BOM + headers).
Waivers
Waiver PDFs live in R2, one per registration. The Waivers export gives you a zip of every PDF, keyed by registration ID. Use this for insurance audits.
Tax filing
For tax season, download the Transactions CSV for the calendar year. Filter type to registration, sum the amount_cents column, and that's your gross revenue. The Stripe dashboard has its own 1099-K that matches.
Integrations
No built-in integration with Google Sheets or Airtable yet. For now, export to CSV and import on the other side. An API key and webhook integration is on the roadmap.
