Manage check-in
A one-tap check-in UI plus everything you need morning-of.
Manage check-in
The check-in page at Admin -> Check-in is designed for a volunteer at a table with a tablet and a line of players in front of them.
Setup the day before
- Print access codes for captains who asked (optional — the email has it too)
- Confirm the waiver PDFs all exist — any registrant without a waiver shows a yellow flag
- Confirm no one is still in the "pending" payment state — those show a red flag
- If you're issuing wristbands, have colors matched to divisions
Day-of
Open the check-in page on a tablet. Type a name or paste an access code into the search bar. The list filters live. Tap a row to see:
- Payment status — a red flag means "do not hand them a shirt until this is fixed"
- Waiver status — yellow means "get a signature on a printed copy and scan it"
- Team + division — so you can hand them the correct wristband
- Custom question answers — useful for shirt size, position, etc.
Tap Check in once you've verified everything. The player's row turns green and the counter at the top increments.
Undo a check-in
If you checked someone in by mistake, tap their row and tap Undo check-in. Logged.
Offline mode
The check-in page caches the registrant list in the browser. If the venue Wi-Fi drops, check-ins are queued locally and flushed when the connection comes back. The indicator at the top shows queued vs. synced state.
Reports
Finance -> Check-in report shows real-time totals: checked in / registered / paid / unpaid. Share the URL with the event lead so they can watch from their phone while you run the table.
